Purpose
This data is used exclusively to:
- Notify you when Korvel opens, and share early-access terms
- Send a single launch announcement — no marketing sequences at this stage
Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Retention
Your data is kept until the launch notification is sent, then deleted at the latest 24 months after collection — or immediately upon request.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Andorran qualified law 29/2021 on personal data protection, you have the right to:

- Rectify inaccurate data

Sub-processors
The following sub-processors may process your data to operate the service:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — site hosting and the form endpoint
- MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania — EU) — waitlist email management
These sub-processors are bound by obligations equivalent to the GDPR and rely on compliant international transfer mechanisms (EU adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses) where applicable.
Cookies
The korvel.app site uses no tracking or analytics cookies.
Fonts are self-hosted and no third-party tag is loaded, so browsing the site sets no personal-data cookie.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This site is governed by Andorran law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of Andorra have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions of the law applicable to the consumer user (notably within the European Union).
